Lot #2 - Parcel ID#11-06-23-0-000-142.000 (Includes guest house)
This property is famously known as the "Hartman Castle". The lots include (2) homes that are in need of repair. Mr Hartman passed away in 2022. The homes have not been occupied recently and have damage from leaks and also have mold present. The successful buyer of the property will have the opportunity to refurbish and repair or tear the homes down to build new homes on these highly desirable waterfront lots!
This auction features an "Extend One, Extend All" feature. If either of the parcels receive a bid in the last 5 minutes, both will extend another 5 minutes and will continue to extend as long as bidding takes place. This feature allows the bidder the opportunity to bid on both lots and defend their bids without a parcel ending too soon.
BIDDING will end on Tuesday, May 2nd starting at 1:00pm central time.
INSPECTION - Due to the condition of the homes, we will not allow anyone to enter the houses without a representative from Pearce & Associates there. You can visit the property anytime up until the auction ends to inspect the exterior of the homes and the land. We will post an open house date for those who wish to view the interior of the home. We will recommend that you bring a mask due to the mold that is present.
OPEN HOUSE - Monday, May 1st 10:30am - 12 Noon
