We cannot ship primers or black powder. Wears Auctioneering requires a PERMIT TO ACQUIRE, PERMIT TO CARRY or better for the purchase of a firearm. The person picking up the firearm MUST be the name on the paid invoice. If these criteria are not met, Wears Auctioneering will not release the firearm to you Wears Auctioneering will require that ALL OUT OF STATE firearms buyers have their firearms shipped to a local licensed FFL dealer within your state. You will NOT be able to pick up your firearm on the date of auction pick up! Buyer will be responsible for all shipping & handling fees and $25 transfer fee/gun
