Holland Realty & Auctions was established in the fall of 1947 by Noble Holland. From that time until his death in 1974, he was very active in the dispersal of estates, automobiles, equipment and many types of real estate. Just prior to his death, his son Daniel R. Holland, attended Nashville Auction School & American Real Estate Institute and became licensed and entered the business. Since that time, Holland Realty & Auctions, Inc. has continued to be successful in the industry in Alabama and Tennessee.

Our well trained and experienced real estate and auction staff is qualified to handle all aspects of your auction or listing from the moment the contract is signed through the closing. Our auction strategy and advertising campaign promotes your property in such a manner that you will receive market value.

Holland Realty & Auctions, Inc. is equipped with computers for all estate dispersals, personal property, equipment, and business liquidations which allow us to register, clerk, and cash out in an expedient manner. The auction reports generated immediately following our auctions are appreciated by our sellers and are accepted into the courts for estate dispersals and/or litigations.

Our real estate sales associates and auctioneers attend many continuing education seminars, and are active members of state and national associations. Holland Realty & Auctions, Inc. conducts benefit auctions for several organizations and support many other community service fund raisers and charities.
